This is our first project for Higgins which we were awarded with 7 days notice to commence. We successfully mobilised design, transport and labour to meet the tight schedule and deliver the completed works on time.
The main scaffold elements are comprised of a cantilever and pavement level gantry. Protection Fans were erected to protect both residents and pedestrians walking to the neighbouring school. The front of the building is situated on a TFL Red Route meaning that materials had to be walked round from the back of the building through an extensive exclusion zone to ensure public safety.
Quote from an independent scaffold inspector engaged by the client:
“The scaffold has been erected to a very good industry standard and bespoke design. “
