Artel Scaffolding is once again involved in the Great British Bike Ride which this year has two beneficiaries – HITZ a new and progressive high profile rugby programme that is based in the heart of inner city estates targeting young people at risk of exclusion and anti social behaviour. Introducing them to tag, touch and contact rugby; they aim to utilise rugby’s unique ethos and the assets of the sport’s leading brands and players. They are also once again supporting the Wooden Spoon Foundation. Wooden Spoon is partnered with the UK rugby community and aims to make a positive impact on the lives of disadvantaged children and young people through our commitment to quality charitable work.
Artel Scaffolding have entered a team in the gruelling trek from Lands End to Twickenham for the last two years. This is a 340 mile ride through some of England’s finest scenery with overnight stops at various rugby clubs along the way.
